Fees are payable in accordance with the engagement letter. Late payments may incur interest and may result in suspension of services.
We maintain confidentiality of your information in accordance with applicable laws and professional standards.
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by UK law and as set out in the engagement letter.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
